See what our guests have to say about their time at Buck’s T4.
My family has enjoyed visiting Buck’s T-4 for the past 20 years. Our boys grew up skiing at Big Sky and eating our special “vacation meal” at Buck’s T-4. As our boys grew into men, one son accepted a job in California and was getting ready to move. Our other son, simultaneously, was being moved to a west coast deployment on an Ohio class submarine out of Port Orchard, Washington.
For their going away dinner, it was more than inconvenient to fly everyone from North Carolina to Bozeman for a dinner at Buck’s T-4 (their favorite restaurant). So, I called the executive chef at the time and he sourced the Buck’s T-4 Bison Tenderloin for us. We used his referral to ship out “Buck’s T-4” tenderloin directly to our house. It was a memory to go down into family lore for the ages.
Buck’s T-4 is our favorite restaurant. The food is always superbly original and unique. The bison tenderloin is the best bit of red meat I have ever put into my mouth. Period.
