An Evening With Jed Steele: Winemaker’s Dinner at Buck’s T-4

A favorite amongst the locals, the annual Steele wine dinner at Buck’s T-4 is an evening not to miss. Enjoy six wines hand picked by Jed Steele paired with five delicious courses created by executive Chef Bibbins. Like years past it is sure to be an evening of impeccable wine and food paired with good company.

We’re keeping it an intimate affair, so hurry and make your reservation by calling (406) 995-4111. Note that Buck’s dining room will be closed that evening, while the pub will be open as normal from 5pm-10pm.

Butternut squash flan with wild baby arugula, vanilla bean vinaigrette and crispy duck bacon

Sweet Grass Natural lamb lollipops with mashed celery root, fennel chips and ancho demi glace

Steele Syrah Port

Dark chocolate coffee custard on a cinnamon sugar cookie, flathead cherry

reduction and candied bacon
