Find your way to Buck's

Buck’s is located in Big Sky, Montana, halfway between Bozeman and West Yellowstone. We are one hour from the Bozeman Airport, and 45 minutes from the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

From Bozeman, MT Airport

From the airport driveway, turn right and head toward the town of Belgrade. Pass through downtown Belgrade, then turn left (south) onto US Highway 191 (about one mile from Belgrade). There will be a sign directing you to Big Sky. You will stay on 191 for about 45 miles. When approaching Big Sky, you will come to an intersection with a stop light. Proceed through this intersection, and the lodge will be about one mile south, on the right side of the road.

From Yellowstone National Park

The closest Yellowstone Park entrance to Buck’s T-4 is the west entrance at West Yellowstone, MT. In West Yellowstone, turn right onto Highway 191 ( north) The drive to the lodge is about 45 minutes. Highway 191 will cross into Yellowstone park’s border about 8 miles north of West Yellowstone. You will travel through the park for about 23 miles before HWY 191 exits the park ( there are no gates on this stretch, but there is a prominent sign noting the border). Continue for another 14 miles to Big Sky. The route is incredibly scenic, so be on the lookout for wildlife and photo opportunities. The hotel will be on your left.
