The Main Dining Room at Buck’s T-4 has been recognized as among the finest in Montana and the skiing community. Executive Chef Curtis Waltman, who has made Big Sky his home since 2001, received his education at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. Chef Waltman’s menus have focused on wild game and continental cuisine, creating a unique combination of traditional local ingredients and classic culinary techniques. No visit to Big Sky is complete without sampling Chef Waltman’s latest creations.
